1. Who we are

AdsFixList is operated and based in Poland, EU. AdsFixList acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@adsfixlist.app.

2. Data we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, with your explicit consent.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, browser type, and approximate location via Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To notify you when AdsFixList launches (email, based on your consent).
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it (analytics, based on your consent).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third-party processors

• Resend— used to send emails. Your email address is stored on Resend's servers. Resend is GDPR-compliant and we have signed a Data Processing Agreement with them. Resend Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — used to understand site usage. Only loaded with your consent. Google may process data in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, which provide adequate safeguards for international transfers. Google Privacy Policy

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics) and only with your explicit consent. We also use a local cookie to remember your cookie preference and your theme setting. These preference cookies do not track you and do not require consent.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, which will reload the cookie preference banner. Withdrawing consent will stop any further analytics data collection.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (26 months).

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction of processing — ask us to restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or withdraw cookie consent via Cookie Settings.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to how we process your personal data, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required by law, seek your consent again before processing your data under the new terms.
