2. Data we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, with your explicit consent.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, browser type, and approximate location via Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
3. How we use your data
- To notify you when AdsFixList launches (email, based on your consent).
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it (analytics, based on your consent).
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-party processors
- Resend— used to send emails. Your email address is stored on Resend's servers. Resend is GDPR-compliant and we have signed a Data Processing Agreement with them. Resend Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics — used to understand site usage. Only loaded with your consent. Google may process data in the US. Google Privacy Policy
5. Cookies
We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics) and only with your explicit consent. We also use a local cookie to remember your cookie preference and your theme setting. These preference cookies do not track you and do not require consent.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your email address on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (26 months).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing of your data.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
